I have to admit, it is me that loves these books! I have read them to the kids so many times that I can recite each one word for word (without the book).
by Anna Dewdney
Anna Dewdney did a fantastic job of expressing little llamas’ frustration. This book has a rhythm that makes reading it aloud extra fun. And for something extra, visit Llama’s very own website. There is a fun and game area, printables and section for teacher (if you haven’t figured it out Mommy equals Teacher!)
by Jez Alborough
This is the first in a series of 3 bear books. It’s the Bear and My Friend Bear are really good too! Use a little extra drama in your voice while you read these. The words are so easy to bring to life. Jez Alborough has a really cool website as well.

Of course cows can’t fly. . . unless you are 4 years old with an endless imagination. Once you’ve finished this one, get out a piece of paper and have your little ones show you what unusual ideas they can dream up.
