I started Wordless Wednesday for a couple of reasons. Mostly I thought it would be fun, but I also thought it would be a good way for you to see into the not so planned side of our world. What happened was that I realized my pictures are just plain terrible. I suppose they are not actually terrible. My pictures do get the job done as far as helping bring our lessons to life, but they can NOT stand on their own.
This realization, coupled with the fact that I got a new camera for my birthday (Yippee!), has inspired me to jump into my own little photography lesson. I love learning new things but I’ll admit this one has me a little overwhelmed.
The camera my lovely hubs gave me for my birthday is a Nikon CoolPix S6100 ( a little point and click) and I am determined to learn how to use it. Are you interested??? Why don’t you grab your camera (and the manual) and we can learn together!
Camera Lesson #1 ~ read the manual
I read that there is no point in learning fancy photo tricks unless you first understand your camera. So let’s get reading.
