Contact me at amomwithalessonplan@gmail.com.  I would love to hear all about the playful learning going on at your house. Tell me what your very favorite books are, I’m always looking for new ones to read with my little (um not so little) ones! And if you just want to share something great about your kids… I know the feeling. SHARE AWAY!

Of course if you prefer to chat with me in the comment section, I read each and every one. (I do my best to reply to each and every one as well.) The great thing about using the comment section to contact me is that you may help someone else without even meaning too.

Thanks for the great ideas! I made the positive behavior book for my 4 yr old son. I did on the kodak website and used pictures of him to match the caption, worked great! I would like to do another one for clean up time…(major issue here!) I was wondering if you had any wording that would work for that? Thanks! Take care, Amanda :)

Yeah!!! I am so glad to hear that! I love the idea of using his pictures of him to make the book really come to life. Wording for a clean up book? Let me give it some thought and I will get back to you. Thank you, Thank you for the comment.

    Hi Jill,

I am glad I have found your website. There are a lot of wonderful ideas here. Looking forward to exploring more as time allows. I was curious if you plan on homeschooling your children when they reach the K age? If you plan to send them to school how will you continue integrating a love of learning with the addition of worksheets and busywork?

Looking forward to perusing the rest of your site!

      Elizabeth,
Big M is going into first, Little M is going into Kindergarten. We found a Charter School that is one day home school. I feel strongly that learning can (and should) be present as a way of life. We will continue to add learning to their playtime after school and on weekends. I hope you’ll follow our journey. :)

(PS… I’m working on reducing the amount of busy work and worksheets that are necessary.)

Hi, I just love this idea….my 4 yr old one of her biggest problems is when she goes to her classes…dance and gymnastics she acts very hyper and does her own thing a lot. I would love to do one of these to help her not act sooo hyper in her classes if you could help me with the wording that would be awesome. Thank you sooo much!!!
