I can not believe it’s happening. I’ve actually dreaded this day since before I had kids. As of today I no longer have a preschooler. Anything from here on out is uncharted territory. I was prepared for preschoolers, trained for preschoolers, ready for preschoolers. Beyond that everything is new. Beyond this everything is new.
Luckily I have a passion for learning that makes entering this new phase of our lives exciting and fun.
I am a little sad to see the preschool years slip away and I will miss Little M’s preschool teachers very much. They have helped form a standard for excellence that I will fight to continue. M and M both blossomed there, leaving with a love of learning that will continue as they move to the next level.
Lucky girls sitting right beside their best friend /cousin.
“We expect to see her name in lights.” This comment from Miss R was no surprise. My Little M loves the spotlight. She sings, dances, becomes a stand up comedian. What ever will engage the group she sees as an audience. Little M lights up the world around her, and I am so proud of the big girl she is becoming.
What phase did you say good bye to this year?
