This week has been a whirl wind of excitement. We have Father’s Day, a few birthdays and a preschool graduation to celebrate.
Big M graduated from preschool this morning and I had to bust out the tissues. It came as a total surprise to me when the tears started flowing but he was just so darn cute!
Although this may look like a big strong fist in the air, it is actually the beginning of a very well done princess wave. (Oh yeah. . .that is going in the keepsake box!)
Before the graduation ceremony Big M got to hold the flag for the Pledge of Allegiance. He took the job very seriously.
He sat right next to his cousin/best friend. This picture gets me teary all over again. Hopefully my sister caught the moment just before this when they hugged after receiving their diplomas. We are so, so sad that these two won’t be at the same school next year.
M and M amaze me everyday. The love and respect they show each other is unbelievable. I hope we can keep it going through the years to come.
My handsome little man. The teacher described him as kind and quick, loving and quick, smart and quick. She said it’s like chasing a humming bird. I couldn’t agree more.
What are you celebrating?

awwww, congratulations. he looks so proud. i love the description of him – quick, quick, quick. sounds a lot like me daughter who can’t sit still!

I am so lucky to have found a school that thought of his movement in terms of a hummingbird. . .and not a tornado.
Hello Jillian
this blog is priceless. Love the scheme and theme. adorable.
I popped in to say thank you very much for stopping by my blog via SITS the other day. It was fun being featured and I love these new connections, yours included.
Unfortunately I don’t have that cool “friend” button on my WordPress blog so the only option for people is to “subscribe” .. A lot of people don’t want to do that, and I understand. Just don’t forget to come around every so often and say hi. Take good care and thanks again, Keri
