So my Little M turned 5.  Ahhh, I can't believe how big she is.  (Actually she is still rather little... but she is acting so very old.) Last year Little M wanted a Princess Party.  This year it was a Fancy Backyard Tea Party that she requested.  Oh boy did I have fun collecting ideas!  My first stop was an old favorite.  I wanted to make pretty napkin rings... and I thought these tissue paper flowers would be perfect! Okay if you thought the Tea Party Posts were cool so far... just wait until you see this one!!!  I saw a few pictures of really cool frame photo stations floating around the web.  (None I found had sources, so no links ... sorry!)  The ones I saw used real frames spray painted in bright colors.  Here's our version! So, so cool! When I told my Hubs he said... "I can make it".  (He always says that!)  He used molding (you know the stuff you get at the hardware store to decorate your baseboards).  Once the frame was nailed together he used wood stakes to stand the frame up in the perfect place for pictures.  A cute little bag held all of Continue Reading

Little M's tea party tables turned out so, so cute!  I think the tissue paper flower napkin rings were a fun little detail that made all the difference.  This party was all about the little details. Our ribbon tent was my very favorite detail from Little M's tea party.  I loved this ribbon tent from Green Wedding Shoes the minute I saw it and was determined to make it happen!
