yum, yum, yummy. . .flower pot spring dessert

Have you ever had a flower pot spring dessert?  They are so good, and so much fun.  These silly pots are one of my favorite childhood memories.  I was excited to share them with M and M. . . and now with you!

Flower Pot Spring Dessert

what you need: terracotta pots ~ fake flowers ~ chocolate pudding ~ gummy worms ~ chocolate cookies

Start by washing the pots and flower stems really well.

flower pot spring dessertStick a piece of the cookie to the bottom of the pot.  This will cover the hole.

Scoop in some chocolate pudding.

Put the chocolate cookies into a plastic bag.  Smash a little.

Mash a little.

Sprinkle the cookie crumbs on top of the pudding.

Add a flower and a worm.


Serve them up. . .and ENJOY!

    how cute! ive seen this done in a magazine a few years back…the only difference is that they used a clear vase and added “worms” throughtout the vase..so that it looked like it was infested with worms…kind of gross..but kids loved it :)
